Do you know, how workers in Hanoi repair streets or lay down a new surface of a whole street?

Back in in Europe that would not even be convievable. The road would be closed down for the time being and when it would be finished, you’d get the street back for normal traffic.

Here they simply do it. Without closing the street down during a full fledged peak of a working day.
Closing? Nah, nobody’s got time for that, right?
